The Gem Hunter TV Customers can return most items sold by The Gem Hunter Show within ten (10) business days from the day your item(s) is received by you. The following states The Gem Hunter TV s Return Policy. The abbreviation "GHTV" is commonly substituted for " Gemhunter TV".

How do I return an item for DAMAGE, EXCHANGE or REFUND?:

Before sending anything back, make sure you have a return authorization number. To get that number, simply call customer service and leave a message. You will then be called back and receive your return authorization code. Any package without a return authorization number, visibly written on the outside of the box, will be refused and sent back to you. This is for our mutual security.

Please make a copy of this invoice for your records and keep the tracking number of the carrier you elect to use to return the item. You (our Customer) must ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: the invoice, packaging, certificates, appraisals, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals). Gemhunter TV must receive your item within ten (10) business days of when you received your item. Your return is typically inspected and processed within ten (10) business days from the time GHTV receives your return. However, your refund may take up to fifteen (15) business days or as prescribed by the Customer's credit card company.

For your protection, all returns must be sent back by a traceable carrier and that tracking number provided to GHTV. The customer must pay all return shipping costs. Once Gemhunter TV has received and inspected the return merchandise GHTV will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping, insurance and handling fees and less a restocking fee of tewnty percent (20%). For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, GHTV will only issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.


GHTV cannot accept the return of certain items, including:

  1. Gemstones and Diamonds that have be set, scratched, cracked or in any way changed from their original form.
  2. Jewelry that has been resized or modified by others than GHTV.
  3. Certified diamonds that have been personally engraved and / or set in jewelry.
  4. "All Sales Final" or "Final Auction" or “Final Sale” items.

For all individual (loose) diamonds that are sold with a certificate and/or appraisal the security seal must not be broken, if so the diamond may not be returnable and is subject to inspection by Gemhunter TV . If a diamond is returned with a broken security seal, Gemhunter TV, at their sole discretion will decide if the diamond may be returned.

Returns for Refund

Once Gemhunter TV has received the returned item and has inspected it, Gem Hunter TV processes your credit. Gem Hunter TV 's return policy allows us up to fifteen (15) business days to complete your refund or credit or as prescribed by the Customer's credit card company. Your reimbursement will be based on your original payment method; therefore only the original credit card may be refunded.


  1. If you paid by credit card, your credit will be issued to your card on the day your return is processed. (Please note that some credit cards may take a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.)
  2. If you paid by check, a check will be issued to you the day your return process is completed and will be mailed through the United States Post Office with delivery confirmation attached.

All-sales-final items

When you see the "All Sales Final" or "Final Auction" message on the item during the broadcast, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived defective. These items may have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, GHTV cannot accept these items for return.
